- You will act as the relationship manager for all supply chain partners in Europe from manufacturing and packaging sites through to the market specific distribution
- Act as the central point of contact within supply chain to liaise with in-country commercial teams across Europe.
- Analyse country demands forecast, assess trends, and evaluate impact on supply
- Lead European Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with in-country teams
- Provide the key link in Supply Chain between third party supply sites and markets
- Act as supplier relationship manager (SRM) for European supply chain partners: manufacturing / packaging sites through to third party logistics, warehouses, and wholesalers.
- As the SRM, work to establish and maintain quarterly cross-functional business review meetings with suppliers and monitor key performance indicators.
- Provide training and drive continuous improvement for S&OP, Demand Management, and Statistical Forecasting Processes
- Develop processes and challenge the status quo to drive cross functional continuous improvement
- Support the development of regional brand strategy within supply chain
- Lead implementation of life cycle projects in Europe including new country launches and new SKU requests
- Responsible for outsourced service budgeting including spend monitoring with key suppliers
- Lead sourcing projects including developing business case, RFP, and qualification of relevant vendors.
- Manage stock levels across Europe and act as the central point of contact for monitoring and resolving any supply chain issues

A rapidly growing, innovative pharmaceutical company based in Dublin has a newly created role for an experienced SCM to work in this virtual supply chain environment.
You willl be responsible for the end-to-end management of the European supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:-
· Minimum of BS/BE degree.
· Skill and experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management
· Previous experience in demand planning / ERP management in the Pharma industry preferable.
· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
