Experienced Bar and Nightclub Manager Wanted for Busy Establishment

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage the daily operations of our popular bar in Dingle, Co. Kerry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the high standards of our well-established business.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist owners with daily management and service of a busy bar
2. Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to locals and tourists alike

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment
2. Prior experience with cocktails and mixology is an advantage
3. Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organizational, and time management skills
4. Able to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative
5. Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends

Benefits:

1. Competitive salary based on experience (€45,000 - €60,000 per year)
