    We currently have a vacancy for a Intercompany Accountant whowho will work within the RTR team, reporting into the Senior RTR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a strong communicator looking to accelerate their career within a fast paced environment , collaborate with cross functional teams , ability to work within a dynamic team but at the same time have the sense of initiative to work independently too. The successful candidate will join the Shared Services Centre based in Cherrywood Business Park, Loughlinstown, Co Dublin.

    Initially focusing on Intercompany for our German entity, the team will expand as we consolidate the intercompany processes for all our EMEA entities into this new team. Working with similar teams globally to enhance the end to end intercompany processes and streamline reconciliations globally.

    Key Requirements

  • Intercompany experience – preferably with Shared Service Centre or multinational corporation background would be preferred
  • A professional accounting qualification from a recognised body – ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA; (Part or Fully Qualified)
  • Preferred

  • Previous SAP experience is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong excel skills a must, PowerBi would be an advantage.
  • The Main Responsibility Includes But Not Limited To the Following:

  • Ensure intercompany transactions are reported accurately and timely.
  • Liase with Global affiliates to resolve queries accurately and efficiently during the month.
  • Support the business to identify root causes of aged balances
  • Monitor intercompany GRIR accounts and escalate issues promptly
  • Manage Month End Intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in timely manner
  • Provide reports and analysis to support the Audit process
  • Initially to support Germany team in MEC activities as required, reducing as the Intercompany COE team absorb processes from other SSO entities.
  • Support the implementation of the Centre of Excellence team
  • Training of future CoE team members
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Build relationships with other regions Intercompany CoE teams.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as required.
