    Reserach Data Analyst
    Dublin (Hybrid)
    €40,000-50,000

    This Irish company leads in residential property development, prioritizing quality, innovation, and sustainability seeking a Data Analyst.

    With diverse projects and a focus on customer satisfaction, it shapes modern homes to meet evolving needs while engaging in community initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
    • Monitor and analyze internal research efforts, implementing new methods for data collection including external sources.
    • Manage content for CEO & CFO meetings, incorporating relevant research.
    • Assist in preparing research materials and presentations for the Cairn Leadership Team.
    • Monitor and report on external research related to Irish housing, mortgage markets, and macroeconomic trends.
    • Oversee the preparation of research materials for external communications.
    • Analyze industry trends, market data, and competitor information.
    • Support the internal research framework across departments.
    • Stay updated on industry news and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Third level qualification in Finance, Communications, or Business Administration.
    • Construction experience not required but advantageous.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially within tight timeframes.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or similar.
