Mortgage Analyst/Operations Analyst

Our client a leading Investment and Financial services company, are hiring Mortgage Analysts to join their Finance team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team.

Hybrid arrangement in place, 2/3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Offices are based in Dublin 2.

This is an initial 3-6 month contract with a likelihood of extension or permanency depending on performance in role.

The role duties:

· Ensuring and accurately checking all documentation

· Daily Report monitoring

• Opening accounts, accurate checks carried out
• Bank statement checks and administration
• Preparation of letters

· Checking mortgage applications precisely and accurately with great attention to detail

· Adherence to all banking regulations

· Communicating with mortgage customers to ensure application success

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience in any Mortgage administration based admin role/customer service role within Financial Services
• APA Qualification, essential
• Drives Continuous Improvement
• Excellent attention to detail
