    Job Description

    • Welcome guests, check them in, and set the tone for an exceptional experience.
    • Assist guests with queries to enhance their stay, including meal and spa bookings, as well as recommendations for local attractions.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all guest billing is accurate and presented for payment at departure. This role requires strong teamwork skills to support colleagues across various departments.

    This role is not limited to the tasks listed above. We welcome candidates who can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
