    Financial Accountant - Newly Qualified

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an outstanding Financial Accountant to join our high-performing team. As a dynamic and adaptable individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you will take ownership of preparing financial statements, quarter, and year-end reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management accounts, and month-end reports that meet regulatory requirements.
    • Cash Flow Management: Create weekly cash situations and forecasts, and prepare payments in line with company policies.
    • Management Accounts and Reconciliations: Assist in the preparation of management accounts and balance sheet/general ledger reconciliations for month-end reporting, adhering to strict deadlines.
    • Forecasting and Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong focus on recent or newly qualified accountants.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other financial software applications.
    • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
