Description

Talbot Hotel Wexford, part of the Talbot Collection, are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team.

Main Duties:

To ensure that the kitchen is maintained to an acceptable standard of hygiene at all times;
To assist chefs in any duties, as required;
To ensure that all crockery is cleaned and available for the departments as they are required;
Work positively within the team;

The successful candidate must have:

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment would be a distinct advantage;
A communicative level of English;
Be a team player;
Be able to work on own initiative;
Be able to work under pressure;

This role will involve shift & weekend working.
