    Job Summary:

    As a Commercial Executive, your primary responsibility will be to understand and address our clients' insurance requirements. This includes securing new business, managing renewals, and processing mid-term alterations. You will play a vital role in driving the growth of your accounts and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with Central Bank requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures, while providing excellent service to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and renew accounts in line with agreed protocols and procedures.
  • Achieve individual income budget targets by generating new business and cross-selling/up-selling to existing clients.
  • Follow agreed processes and guidelines in all aspects of your work to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Effectively manage aged debt and ensure timely premium collection.
  • Comply with Central Bank requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • The Ideal Candidate:

    To excel in this role, we are seeking a high-caliber candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Holds a CIP qualification (or Grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Conforms to Fitness & Probity requirements.
  • Possesses good market, product, and technical knowledge in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Demonstrates meticulousness, excellent organization skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Works well in a team environment, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
  • Exhibits a can-do attitude and is adaptable and open to change.
