    Telecoms Network Operations Analyst Our Clients, a large company in the Telecoms sector, is looking to recruit a Network Operations Analyst for a contract position.

    The role will be hybrid, and based in their City Centre office 2-3 days a week.


    The Role:

    The network Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following areas and tasks: Providing technical expertise on the operations of mobile and fixed networks, including but not limited to: Network incidents; Network risk and resilience; Network performance; and Network monitoring.

    Assisting staff in providing (including drafting) internal technical advice on existing and emerging network technology; and Assisting in the project and service management of unit programs, including: meeting preparation and organising, research, minute and note taking; Updating and maintaining best practice in processes and procedures in order to support the network operations unit work programme


    The Person:

    A recent graduate in an Engineering, Science or Technology based course; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Numerically literate; Data Analytics; such as data processing and analysis; Good working knowledge of MS Office.

    Adobe Acrobat and other similar applications; Good general knowledge of science and technical subjects; Demonstrable curiosity and a desire for continuous professional development, including learning and applying, new methods and technologies; and Ability to quickly analyse multiple sources of information and draw accurate conclusions based on the information presented.
