    The Biopharma, Patient & CDI (BPC) team creates technology solutions for our external customers, including all digital products, platforms, services and experiences.

    Within BPC, the Platform DevOps team is accountable for the platforms at Pfizer that allow the creation, configuration, launch, and support of all externally facing digital products, servicing all external customer types.
    This includes our Marketing Technology (Martech) platform .

    Our MarTech team manages the customer data collected from integrated websites, mobile apps, and marketing platforms, evolving over 8 years to send millions of emails and integrate billions of customer interactions.

    Role Summary We seek a leader to join our team as the Engineering Lead for Journey Orchestration & Campaign Building Service and Channel Activation Services.
    In this role, you will lead teams to understand business contexts, solve complex engineering problems, craft technical designs, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and services.

    Responsibilities Your core responsibility is to ensure that all business needs for your services are met and managed.
    You will work with your CMO and other partners to craft product roadmaps and execute delivery plans, maintaining expectations and balancing progress with technical excellence, security, and protecting customer data.

    Service Delivery and DevOps culture You will design and run the operating model for the services, ensuring their reliability and security while creating a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
    You will manage incidents and vendor relationships, measuring success by application performance and the culture of quality created throughout the team.

    Finance Management Excellent financial management capability is required, with responsibility for portions of a multi-million-dollar budget and multiple service contracts.

    Qualifications and education We expect that you possess and can demonstrate:
    Proven, extensive MarTech experience across Adobe & Salesforce's ecosystems.
    Proven experience with other MarTech suppliers and tools is preferred.
    Proven, extensive experience in software engineering, focusing on leading complex projects.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively and influence resources outside of immediate control.
    Ability to lead in a complex, matrix environment.
    Excellent skills in analysis, critical thinking, and planning.
    Proven capability handling large scale, enterprise software requirements.
    Proven technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
    A broad technical knowledge of digital pharmaceutical sciences platforms.
    Proven leadership skills and mentorship capabilities.
    Deep understanding of software development methodologies.
    Understanding of data handling regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
    Understanding of DevSecOps best practices.
    Key Qualifications Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering digital solutions.
    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
    Professional certifications in engineering leadership are a plus.
    This is a global role, requiring occasional travel and attendance at meetings in the Eastern US time zone.
