    Our comprehensive software telemetry and SaaS based business intelligence solutions allow customers to track unlicensed corporate usage of their valuable software and convert unlicensed corporate users into paying customers.

    Financial Accountant Position

    We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our Head Office operations in Dublin 2. This position requires on-site attendance at least one day per week, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.

    The successful candidate will have experience working in multiple jurisdictions and understand the nuances of the tech/software sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage financial reporting processes for Ireland and US.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidate with US.
    • Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasting.
    • Work with external tax advisors in Ireland and US to ensure compliance.
    • Assist the COO with review of vendor and customer contracts.
    • Review current systems and controls, and implement best practice improvements.
    • Support commercial operations from a compliance perspective.
    • Prepare EOY accounts for audit.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
    • Prepare bank reconciliations.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified accountant: ACA or ACCA.

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 10 years' accounting experience in Ireland.
    • Multi-jurisdictional experience in UK and/or US.
    • At least 3 years industry experience in the tech/software sector.
    • Strong business acumen is essential.
    • Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
