    As a Talent Branding Specialist, you'll collaborate with the Global Talent Brand to create and promote Cloudera's unique employer brand and global employer branding strategies. Your primary goal will be attracting top talent to our organisation.Your responsibilities include communicating our company's culture, values, and opportunities to potential employees. Your focus will be on attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent while effectively conveying our company's identity and mission.

    The ideal candidate will specialise in generating content for diverse recruitment platforms, social media and developing talent advertisements for key roles. Additionally, you'll leverage analytics and reporting to gather feedback from recruitment channels and devise strategies for performance optimisation.

    As a Talent Branding Specialist you will:

    • Work with the Talent Branding Leader to manage day to day planning and execution of branding efforts to support Cloudera's global recruiting initiatives
    • Create targeted advertisements utilizing social and networking platforms and keeping in mind common candidate priorities in the local regions
    • Improve advertising campaign metrics including talent lead count, talent lead rate, cost per talent lead, and cost per hire
    • Develops content and directs creative execution managing Cloudera's reputation as an employer of choice
    • Create inclusive content focused and targeted on campaigns focused specifically on attracting diverse talent groups
    • Responsible for recruitment advertising through various outlets, including creative design, implementation, and analytics
    • Work with global offices to help develop and communicate their employer brand and employee value propositions
    • Designs campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future initiatives
    • Update local and global recruitment platforms with up-to-date content including photos, awards, perks, job openings to promote company culture
    • Contributes ideas for global projects, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques
    • Researches and understands key business challenges, market trends, candidate behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts the business
    • Develops an understanding of short- and long-term department goals and ambitions

    We're excited about you if you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design, or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years in advertising, talent branding, or marketing
    • Proficiency in diverse social media platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, youtube)
    • Ability to construct a strong online presence
    • Experience in a fast-paced setting
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
    • Familiarity with Google Docs and web content management systems
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and propose improvements
    • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent English language skills, including creativity and adherence to style guidelines
    • Video filming and editing skills are a plus
