    Our client, a top Law firm based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a HR Generalist with 2+ years' experience to join their HR team on a 12 month contract.

    This position is based on a hybrid working structure, offering competitive salary & benefits.

    Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

    Create and manage HR content for our weekly newsletter Facilitate new joiner orientation and onboarding processes Ensure HR Policies remain up to date Process requests for various types of leave Handle employee change documentation throughout the employment lifecycle Contribute to the development and maintenance of our HRIS Assist with reward and compensation initiatives Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects Manage recruitment and rotations for GraduateProgrammes Key skills of the HR Generalist: 2+ years of experience in HR administration or as an HR Generalist Third level qualification, preferably in HR Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Experience with HRIS platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Self-motivated and proactive If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the minimum requirements please submit your CV to Joy Russell at Lex Consultancy today.
