    Office Administrator Role

    Detailed Information:

    Job Type: Contract
    Duration: 3 months initially
    Hours of Work: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday on-site
    Pay Rate: €15 per hour
    Start Date: January 20th, 2025

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Verify and correct documents before posting them to members.
    • Proficient in Life400, Workflow, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with introductory-level Salesforce.
    • Efficiently manage and package bulk policy documents.
    • Generate secure pins and passwords.
    • Document returned post on Life400.
    • Monitor daily document workflows using Workflow and engage with teams 2, 3, and 4 for efficient document processing.
    • Daily collaboration with the print team, task division, and maintaining positive team relationships.


    Minimum Requirements:
    • At least 2 years of administration experience is required.
