    Broadridge (Broadridge Ireland Limited) seeks a Senior R&D Software Engineer to work on Rapid Application Development of innovative Wealth Management Products and Solutions.
    Wealth Innovation is a small team embedded within the Product Management Centre of Excellence. Working with Product and Technology Leaders in Broadridge, you will lead the conception, design, and implementation of new product ideas targeted at the North American Wealth Management market.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Architecture and Design of Solutions
    • Implementation of Prototypes and Pretotypes
    • Championing innovations with Product and Technology leaders across the organization
    • Demonstration and Discussion of solutions with customers
    • Work with distributed agile teams for software implementation

    Experience

    Required

    • 10+ years of professional software design development experience
    • Strong development and design experience with languages suitable for Rapid Application Development (e.g. Python, Java, Typescript/Javascript)
    • Experience with Git and GitHub,AWS, and a relational database system (e.g. Postgres)
    • Unit and Integration testing methodologies for efficient, comprehensive validation
    • Familiarity and experience with Agile methodologies
    • Relevant 3rd-level degree or professional qualification
    • High standard of English both verbal and written
    • Presentation and collaborative design skills
    • Ability to conceptualize solutions to challenges facing business users, incrementally demonstrate the capability and User Experience
    • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

    Desirable

    • Practical Machine Learning / AI experience (e.g. predictive modelling, Large Language Models)
    • UI Development through one of the major frameworks (e.g. React)
    • Linux and Windows development experience
