    Job Description

    In this key role, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support all aspects of employee relations and human resource initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across various programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support a range of HR programs covering employee wellbeing, HR systems, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel data in SAP and Time and Attendance systems.
    • Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, social welfare forms, exit interviews, and leaver documentation.
    • Oversee Human Resources filing and administration.
    • Collaborate with departments to recruit and select employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Administer key compensation and benefit arrangements, such as pension documentation and employee recognition programs.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
    • Provide expert HR data and support to all departments and business units.
    • Drive various HR/business initiatives, including Investors in People, and implement HR projects.
    • Review and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
    • Develop and lead Health and Wellbeing Initiatives, partnering with external providers.
    • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and their onsite employees.
    • Support Senior Human Resource Managers on key projects.
    • Promote corporate social responsibility through local and corporate initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum third-level qualification in a relevant business discipline, ideally to degree level.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Generalist or administration roles, preferably in a high-volume regulated manufacturing environment.
    • Previous experience with HR Software systems, such as SAP, is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Intermediate competence in Microsoft programs.

    Additional Requirements:

    • No travel requirements.
    • Sedentary job with the ability to work seated in front of a computer for most of the day.
    • Must be able to organize tasks, prioritize details, and maintain self-motivation.
    • Strong decision-making abilities and assertiveness when required.
    • Confident public speaking skills.
