    Human Resources Manager

    Location:

    Dublin, Citywest

    Job Summary:

    The Human Resources Manager will oversee people management and HR planning, ensuring compliance with GDPR and statutory requirements. They will provide strategic support to line management, handle conflicts and disciplinary actions, and contribute to the company's commercial development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. People management and HR planning
    2. Ensure compliance with GDPR and Data Privacy in focal point and other statutory requirements
    3. Communicate effectively with employees and group management
    4. Provide oversight on training and development of employees
    5. Handle conflicts, disputes, disciplinary action, and terminations
    6. Support line management with attendance, sickness, and absence related issues
    7. Provide HR Support in all business activities
    8. Support managers in preparing for KPI performance meetings
    9. Manage HR KPIs and report to Corporate HQ
    10. Understand HR-related P&L Enablers and drivers
    11. Manage recruitment for all roles within the organisation
    12. Issue contracts of employment and amendments as necessary

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with Irish legislation and industrial relations environment
    • Ambition to work and develop your career
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to succeed and learn
    • Effective communication skills for all levels of business
    • Full knowledge of Microsoft suite
    • Ability to deal with people and address conflicts when required
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Knowledge of labour law, social insurance systems, employer obligations, collaboration, and co-determination rights/labour relations
