    Talent Acquisition Manager - Ireland

    Job Description:

    This permanent full-time role will be accountable for attracting and engaging highly skilled, diverse talent across various functions, including Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, Finance, Legal and CR hiring.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leaders to deliver best-in-class, diverse talent for the Ireland business.
    • Develop and implement effective talent engagement strategies to achieve Diageo's Talent and Society 2030 ambitions.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, and promote a culture of respect and belonging.

    About You:

    You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgement, accountability, and ability to deliver through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ambitious and matrixed environment.
