    Warehouse Assistant

    At Ariel Door Gears Ltd., we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of orders.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Counting and checking goods coming in, put on shelves & onto computer
    • Processing, picking & packaging orders for dispatch including drafting delivery dockets & arranging transport
    • General office administration including invoicing, data entry & paperwork
    • Trade counter sales
    • Answering telephone and replying to emails & logging same
    • Preparing quotations & following up on them
    • Stock take duties as assigned & reporting on stock replenishment needs
    • Holiday entitlement: 21 days per annum (pro-rata)

    Essential Attributes:

    • Good numeracy skills
    • Fluent written & spoken English essential
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Be a team player, flexible and have the ability to take ownership of set tasks
    • A valid forklift license would be an advantage but not essential as training can be provided

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary
    • Monday to Friday 9-5
    • Additional training as required
    • Uniform provided

    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of €26,000 per year. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with 21 days annual leave.
