Description

Understand the customers core business and Supply Chain strategy and develop remote and F2F relationships with relevant personnel Complete all aspects of the day to day operational aspects of receipting, kitting/kanban process Follow the scheduling and allocating of daily workload across the team, focusing on any priorities the customer may have in relation to inbounding material.

Continuously contribute to the teams productivity through a defined set KPIs and work with K+N management to set individual and team goals based on historic data.

Actively train, develop and complete, your roles and responsibilities ensuring completion and certification via OJTs prior to performing related activities and cross training Demonstrate, encourage, build and drive continuous improvement and supply chain solutions Approach operational, people and process issues in a timely and effective manner, with a solution orientated mindset.

Have daily connections and two way communications with your K+N colleagues and managers with the aim to better align, forecast, and schedule the workloads for the area relevant to you and your team.

Own the day to day operational process/activities within your area and demonstrate understanding and knowledge, so that as a group you can to take accountability and ownership for your business area.
