- Manage actuals against budget for logistics (including inbound and outbound freight. The single biggest indirect spend for Viatris.
- Freight finance point of contact for product costing at the hubs.
- Freight Spend Analysis and monthly Accounting in the hub
- Communication to Vertical Operations team on freight cost trends for forecasting purposes
- Preparation of monthly Freight & Distribution Scorecard for Senior Leadership which feeds into quarterly performance reporting to executives.
- Lead and co-ordinate the monthly Freight reviews with Supply Chain Regional Leaders
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly Freight Masterfile
- GEP Project Finance Support – Also including Finance point of contact for rolling out a Global Logistics Tool.
- Hubs freight point of contact for statutory audit
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Global Freight
- Project work including any integration & divestment activity as required
- Educated to a degree level and with a Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years' experience working in industry. Working in Global Supply Chain an advantage but not essential
- Strong IT skill set, with ability to analyse large data files.
- Experience at use of SAP is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
