- Manage deals through effective relationships and third-party management
- Manage an agile credit approval process without compromising due diligence.

Investment Analyst - Dublin, Ireland - Engage People
Description
A major player in the Real Estate Developments space is bringing a new Investment Analyst role to the market. Having grown significantly in recent times and having secured significant additional funding the headroom for growth and influence for this role will increase over time.
The role will report directly to the Commercial Head and take up a role in a diverse Investments team. The Investments team has a particular remit for underwriting loan investments for a significant fund. Further funding is in place and the business has ambitious plans to continue this growth.
You will:
Experience: Experience as an analyst within Real Estate or another Real Asset class
Salary / Remuneration: €50k to 60k base with strong performance-based incentive
