Team Horizon currently has an exciting opening for Project Coordinator to join their client's rapidly growing team in Sligo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing clinical trial company in a fast paced start up environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the operation of Validation/Qualification and other operational projects.

What you will be doing:

Monitoring projects and liaising with cross-functional departments.

Prepare batch reports.

Validation/qualification activities.

Work on production activities (e.g., source labels that can be used in various conditions)

Troubleshoot production issues.

Support client needs & client projects.

Provide a consultative approach to project coordination and collaborate with team members to ensure project delivery.

Manage client relationships.

Any other duties as assigned.

What you need to apply:

Degree in Science/Engineering/Quality preferred.

Project Coordinator/project facing experience is preferred.

Experience in the day-to-day operations in a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment.

A person who is personable and proactive in client-facing environments to ensure client needs are met.

Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
