    Job Description

    A Healthcare Assistant's primary role is to deliver personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes. This involves implementing the requirements of client care plans, performing identified care duties, and promoting client comfort, dignity, and well-being.

    We are seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality personal care and assistance to clients
    • Implement client care plans and perform identified care duties
    • Promote client comfort, dignity, and well-being
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

    Requirements:

    To be successful as a Healthcare Assistant, you will need to have either obtained QQI approved Level 5 Modules Care of the Older Person and Care Skills/Healthcare Support or have a minimum of one year's experience caring for others and be willing to undertake the two qualification modules outlined above.
