    Your key responsibilities


    • Drive collaboration with stakeholders, acting as a key translator of retail banking objectives into comprehensive, actionable solutions that drive digital transformation.


    • Lead the creation of seamless and scalable digital banking experiences that harmoniously integrate legacy and modern systems for enhanced customer engagement.


    • Ensure strict compliance of solution designs with regulatory standards, effectively balancing compliance needs and customer experience.


    • Navigate the selection and integration of cutting-edge fintech innovations to elevate banking services and ensure our company remains at the vanguard of the industry's evolving technology landscape.


    • Oversee the entire technological implementation process, ensuring strict alignment with the bank's transformation vision and our architectural principles, patterns, and standards.


    • Lead process redesign and technology enhancements for exponentially improved service delivery and innovative product offerings.


    • Develop and supervise the creation of in-depth technical architecture blueprints and designs for complex projects, considering potential benefits, risks, and long-term impacts.


    • Provide direct oversight and manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for solution design and delivery, fostering collaboration and synergy for optimal results.


    • Lead regular strategy reviews and updates, ensuring the solution architecture aligns with changing business needs and industry trends.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internal and external, facilitating effective communication to synchronize strategies, obtain necessary approvals, and foster shared commitment.


    • Proactively manage risks and issues that may impact the solution architecture, implementing mitigation plans and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

    To qualify for the role, you must:


    • Possess 10+ years' of significant leadership and management experience in solution design and architecture, with a track record of managing complex projects within the financial services industry.


    • Hold a post-graduate degree in IT, business or a field directly related to finance, along with industry-recognized architecture certifications.


    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Retail Banking Products and deep aptitude in Detailed Solution Design, including Service Blueprinting.


    • Showcase robust expertise in Programme Management/Delivery with a sharp focus on designing and implementing effective Operating Models.


    • Have hands-on experience in advanced fields like Microservices/APIs, Business Process Management (BPM), and Data Streaming.


    • Exhibit exceptional leadership and negotiation skills that differentiate you as an influential communicator, capable of engaging with and influencing high-level stakeholders, both internal and external.


    • Have an impressive track record in team leadership, preferably in a diverse and dynamic setting, with the ability to inspire and lead a multi-disciplinary team.


    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships, set strategic direction, and deliver results in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry landscape.
