    Exciting New Role for an Accounts Assistant

    We are looking for a passionate Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team.

    About the Job:

    • Process Accounts Payable invoices for Europe, APAC, and US regions.
    • Enhance automation processes across Accounts Payable.
    • Process employee expense reports in line with global T&E policy.
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders for timely payment of invoices.
    • Handle ad hoc audit requests.
    • Support monthly close process through bank & fixed asset reconciliations.
    • Owning Sarbanes Oxley compliance for area of responsibility.

    Requirements:

    • Enthusiastic and highly organized individual with strong communication skills.
    • Focused on excellence and desire to progress in Finance.
    • Previous experience working for a US company, preferably with accounting experience in International regions.
    • Able to work independently and committed to learning and development.
    • Flexible and MS Excel Skills required.
    • Experience of Oracle E-Business ERP system preferred.
    • Knowledge and experience of Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Reporting standards.
    • Strong team player, committed to ensure team success in meeting objectives.
