    Job Title:

    Tech Support Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Solution Providers and customers to resolve technical issues related to Laserfiche.
    • Analyze system diagnostics, investigate performance issues, and monitor availability using third-party tools or Laserfiche Cloud.
    • Communicate escalated incidents to stakeholders in a timely and relevant manner.
    • Conduct post-issue analysis to improve incident response and identify areas for service enhancement.
    • Work with software engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Develop diagnostic capabilities within Laserfiche applications and consolidate data across cloud services.

    About You:

    • Hold a 4-year degree (BA, BS) or equivalent industry experience.
    • Must be available to work the shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM GMT.
    • Prior AWS experience is preferred.
    • Have expertise in systems troubleshooting, including database systems, networking, web applications, and Windows/Linux administration.
    • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, C#, JavaScript, and Ruby is advantageous.
    • possess 2-5 years of software support experience in customer-facing roles, working with ticketing systems.
    • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Show ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
