- Day-to-day contact for all customers with committed revenue and partner with senior sales executives on strategic growth opportunities.
- Drive consumption of committed deals through onboarding, mid-year check-ins and new user expansion.
- Understand content gaps in the current deal structure that results in loss of share.
- Support and run renewals.
- Proven client management/account management experience within a fast-paced organisation.
- Positive relationship building skills and experience in developing accounts to improve revenue.
- Knowledge/Understanding of Media Industry is a distant advantage
- Fluent German and English
- Base salary in the region of 50k depending on experience, plus commissions and bonuses (OTE 65K plus)
