Realtime recruitment are seeking an Agile Project Manager to join an IS Application Delivery Team based in Dublin .

In this role, you will collaborate closely with IS and business leaders, project team members, and external partners to ensure the effective planning and execution of new business capabilities.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.


Responsibilities:
Lead complex IS delivery using agile methodologies. Ensure solutions align with current and future business objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships and delivery schedules. Facilitate scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile practices. Communicate project progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.


Essential Skills/Experience:
8 years of IT industry experience with 5+ years as a full lifecycle Project Manager. Experience delivering software as an Agile Scrum Master. Proficiency in strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication. Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (SAFe) methodologies and software development life cycles. Project management certification. Background in the Financial Services Industry. Good knowledge of System Architectures, Software Engineering, and DevOps / Agile practices. Experience managing and delivering a mix of technical Applications & Server projects including integration and data migration projects using .NET environment (C#, SQL Server, SQL Data Warehouse, ETL etc.)
