Medforce Recruitment is looking for Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team of excellent nurses in the nursing home located in Co.

Clare, Co. Waterford, and Co. Kilkenny.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining efficient workflow, and upholding compliance with regulatory standards.

This leadership position demands a combination of strong managerial abilities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to healthcare excellence. Requirements A registered General Nurse e on the register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland. 3 years post-graduation experience with experience of working with an Elderly Care. Previous managerial training/ experience is an advantage. Have an in - depth knowledge of the ageing process. Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills. Sound decision making ability. Working Knowledge of HIQA standards, procedures, and guidelines. Ability to work well and promote a team environment. Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
