Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Operations Project Manager to join our Infrastructure and Platforms Department in Middelfart.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily operation tasks within the team and our vendors - as well as managing projects when needed. This role requires a strong task-oriented focus, an eye for the bigger picture, and a constructive approach to problem-solving and always building lasting relationships.

Join our Infrastructure and Platforms team where we utilize a global network infrastructure, Azure cloud services, and traditional data centers, working together in an agile setup that promotes close collaboration between the infrastructure team and the broader Bunker Holding IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technical project management within the department. This involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality and governance standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in contract oversight, monitoring vendor performance to ensure they adhere to agreed obligations and service level agreements.

Moreover, you will play a key role in the following:

• Coordinate daily operational tasks with vendors, ensuring robust and efficient operations.
• Build trusted partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  Maintain open lines of communication and set clear expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams of architects and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and our IT capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements and implement changes as necessary. You dare to challenge status-quo and our vendors as well.
