    Human Resource Manager Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Broadline Recruiters - Permanent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the hospitality industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, manage the entire recruitment life cycle, and conduct interviews to assess staffing needs.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, provide guidance to managers and employees, and implement policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent employee relations practices.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, develop career development plans, and implement performance management systems to evaluate and reward employee contributions.
    • Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, and oversee payroll and benefits administration processes.
    • HR Administration: Manage HR records, prepare and analyze HR reports, and manage employee documentation, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
    • Culture and Engagement: Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and professional growth, organize employee engagement initiatives, and foster a positive employer brand and reputation in the hospitality industry.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and decision-making abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
