    Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join the HSE Primary Care Team in Limerick.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to adults in a primary care setting, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients' rehabilitation, mobility, and overall well-being.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide specialist physiotherapy assessments and interventions for a diverse caseload of adult patients in a primary care setting.
    Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to promote mobility, pain management, and functional independence.

    Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centered care.

    Educate and empower patients to self-manage their conditions through rehabilitation programs and preventative strategies.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with HSE policies.
    Participate in service development initiatives, audits, and quality improvement projects.

    Requirements:
    A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and full CORU registration.
    A minimum of three years post-qualification experience, ideally in a primary care or community healthcare setting.
    Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    Experience working with a diverse patient population, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic conditions, is desirable.
