    As Team Lead for our Account Executive Sales Team, you will provide full leadership to our SMB and MSE Account Executives and inspire them to the next level to become real sales rockstars You are already in great company as you'll work closely with David , our Head of Sales, to develop sales strategies that revolutionize our SMB & MSE segment and drive our business goals forward

    Motivating Leadership: Lead your Account Executive team with enthusiasm, and develop inspiring trainings that push them to achieve and exceed their goals with full commitment
    Sales Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize our sales process and constantly find new ways to make it even more efficient and effective
    Analyze the pipeline: Dive deep into your team's pipeline to identify potential, and with your results-oriented personality, you will drive your team forward to achieve growth targets.
    Budget planning and goal setting: Bring your innovative ideas to optimize the annual budget and set clear, achievable goals for your team
    Talent Acquisition: Work together with our Talent Acquisition Partners to develop a great strategy to attract the best talents and ensure your team always has the support it needs to grow and succeed

    Knowledge-sharing: Create an environment where ideas are heard and implemented and TEAMWORK is emphasized by not only meeting with your own team, but also by supporting exchange and collaboration with other teams (marketing, product, etc.)
