    Description

    Accounts Receivable Specialist at Newbridge - Permanent

    Salary: €35,000 - €40,000
    Hybrid Working Model

    Our client is in search of an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate should possess a solid AR background and be proficient in Excel. Hybrid working arrangement will be implemented post-probation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Post transactions and reconcile banks daily
    • Liaise with finance teams to resolve discrepancies
    • Provide daily reports to management and UK Treasury team
    • Monitor cashflow for sufficient funds availability
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for the UK Treasury team
    • Issue invoices to clients promptly
    • Manage aged debtors and ensure timely settlements
    • Collaborate with projects team on invoicing, queries, and debt collection
    • Support annual audit processes

    Key Skills:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
    • Effective communication abilities
    • Proficient in Excel
