    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to support the dynamic team of our valued client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide vital administrative support to the Transport and HR teams, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the business.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • POD Management: Accurately manage and file Proof of Deliveries (PODs) for all transport activities.
    • Monitoring Deliveries and Collections: Track deliveries and collections, providing regular updates to customers and helping resolve any delays.
    • Support to Transport Manager: Assist with daily operations, vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, and route planning, ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
    • Support to HR Team: Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth operations.
    • General Office Support: Handle additional administrative tasks as needed, collaborating with other departments to ensure company efficiency.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent attention to detail is essential.
    • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
