    Talent Acquisition Partner Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with our clients' Service Delivery Managers and provide operational support for recruitment services.

    In this role, you will work closely with the talent delivery team to understand role requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles. Your responsibilities will encompass all administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks associated with your assigned clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with client teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
    2. Develop strategic sourcing project plans to meet requirements.
    3. Understand client employee value proposition and develop go-to-market narrative to attract talent.
    4. Proactively engage talent and build a talent pool to meet client needs.
    5. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet client technical and personal competencies as well as being a culture fit.
    6. Support candidate management through interview and offer process.
    7. Provide superior candidate experience throughout full recruitment journey.
    8. Record recruitment activity on client and Cpl systems.
    9. Manage and coordinate stakeholders, especially hiring managers, throughout recruitment journey.
    10. Attend weekly operations calls with client stakeholders.
    11. Compile weekly reporting with support of SDM to be sent to client stakeholders.
    12. Offer value-added services, including marketing activities, candidate and client satisfaction indicators, training, advice, and support to new client stakeholders in Ireland.

    Requirements:

    1. MSc in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
    2. 3+ years' experience in recruitment/ talent delivery with the following:
      1. Client-facing experience in RPO/MSP environment.
      2. Experience working in greenfield projects or new business start-ups in Ireland.
      3. Familiarity with IDA clients and R&D grants and tax credits.
      4. Working knowledge of ATS such as Greenhouse or ICIMS.
      5. Full 360 recruitment professional experience.
