    Overview

    We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in the Roscommon area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to remain safely and happily in their own homes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide emotional, social, and personal care to clients with dignity and respect.
    • Implement client care plans, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care delivered.
    • Participate in continuous training and upskilling to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Requirements:

    • QQI Level 5 - Care Skills and Care of the Elderly qualification (or equivalent).
    • Full Clean Driver's License and use of vehicle.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and variable shifts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Caring and kind disposition, with a person-centered approach.
