We are currentlyrecruiting a Quality Performance Specialist on a permanent basis.

The Performance Specialist will beresponsible for the manufacturing performance on the Cork site. This includesproject, working with the manufacturing teams on performance, working withinternal & external stakeholders, problem solving plus all aspects offactory manufacturing performance.

Main Responsibilities :

• Efficiency in project's such as waste management and automatedsystems

• Continuous Improvement methodologies

• Facilitate setting of technical, functional, and businessrequirements

• Develop detailed project plans including resource plans

• Tracking project from initiation to successful completion

• Drive, development, improve use of all Performance related systems

• Implementation and ongoing development of the vision of DigitalProduction – to improve production efficiency

• Liaise with suppliers and technology vendors to understand newtechnologies and identify potential solutions coordinate for the site.

Requirements

Key Requirements :

• Good trouble shooting skills

• Third Level Qualification

• 2 years + experience

• Confident of in collaboration, coordinating and seeking out improvements

• Logical and methodical approach to work practices and processes

• Good reporting writing and numerical skills

• A team player who can galvanise support for achieving key objectives
