    Responsibilities:
    Conduct comprehensive assessments of older adults' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
    Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing independence and safety.
    Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall well-being.
    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
    Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective strategies and techniques to support ongoing therapy and independence.
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.


    Requirements:
    Degree in Occupational Therapy.
    Current professional registration (CORU).Extensive experience in geriatric care, preferably in a clinical setting.
    Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored to the needs of older adults.
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
    All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.

    International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).If you are interested, apply for immediate interviews.
