    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Heiton Steel business. As a key member of the Chadwicks Group leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including manufacturing, sales, and customer service
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business improvement
