    Scope and Impact

    • Manage performance and team health for direct reports.
    • Own the delivery and business impact of full or part of a product.

    Communication

    • Communicate with all levels in the company and adjust content to the audience as necessary.
    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into accessible information.
    • Articulate clearly the business requirements, project scope and individual responsibilities to the team and support accurate prioritisation across the team.
    • Communicate the overall team goals, product objectives, and company vision to ensure every team member understands their role in achieving them.

    Collaboration

    • Recognised as a POC for support, conflict resolution and confidence within the team.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate ability to influence and overcome challenges with relationships maintained.
    • Establish strong working relationships with leaders from other departments (product, design, QA) to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.

    Leadership

    Technical

    • Demonstrated ability to own and lead High level architecture and end-end design of a product.
    • Identify and have mitigation plans for technical risks to delivery in collaboration with Product.
    • Assess Business impact of delivery.

    Requirements include advanced Python Skills, in-depth understanding of DS Modelling solution approaches, and active involvement in Technical reviews and PR Reviews.
