    Job Description
    We are Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing For a leading nursing home in Cork, Ireland.
    Permanent / Full-Time

    Responsibilities
    • In charge of the clinical operations of the facility, the Assistant Director of Nursing will lead teams to establish an environment where people may thrive and ensure that excellent, person-centered care is provided.
    • A supporting team both locally and throughout the larger organization will enable the chosen applicant to manage, improve, and influence the care delivery at the Nursing home. This is an amazing career opportunity.
    • You will manage within authorized resources, possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and provide both strategic and operational leadership.


    Requirements

    • Hold complete registration with Ireland's Nursing and Midwifery Board.
    • Possess a minimum of three years' worth of post-registration experience caring for senior citizens throughout the preceding six years.
    • Possess at least three years' worth of managerial experience in health and social care.
    • Own a post-registration management degree in health or a similar subject, or be prepared to pursue one
    • While not necessary, a further diploma in gerontology or a management degree is preferred.
    • Show off your excellent leadership abilities.
