    Asset Manager (Construction) - Limerick

    We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.

    This role involves developing and implementing asset strategies in collaboration with the construction team, aligning renovation, redevelopment, and acquisition plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and forecasting for both residential and commercial assets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage residential properties with some experience in commercial asset management.
    • Understand property market dynamics and construction processes.
    • Develop actionable strategies for asset optimization using excellent financial acumen.
    • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing residential properties.
    • Strong understanding of property market dynamics.
    • Excellent financial skills and strategic thinking.
    • Technical skills in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
