    Healthcare Assistant Opportunity

    We are seeking a compassionate and driven Health Care Assistant to join our team at a private hospital in Sligo, Ireland. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care and support the nursing staff with patient monitoring and updates.

    Estimated Salary: €17,000 - €26,000 per annum

    Job Summary:

    This role involves assisting patients with their personal care needs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and fostering a positive atmosphere for patient well-being. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to make a difference in patient care and possess excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist patients with personal care needs, including hygiene, meals, and mobility
    • Support nursing staff with patient monitoring and updates
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
    • Foster a warm and positive atmosphere for patients' well-being

    Requirements:

    • QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare
    • 6+ months healthcare experience preferred
    • Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts
    • Friendly and team-oriented attitude
