We are partnering with a leading pharma organization in Tipperary , who is looking to hire a Manufacturing Manager.

In this role , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities and resources within the Manufacturing Department.

Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request):

• Ensure that all manufacturing operations are conducted safely.
• Guarantee adherence to manufacturing instructions for all operational processes.
• Responsible for direct procurement of all consumable items required for daily use on lines.
• Approve all master manufacturing documents including validation protocols & SOP's.
• Manage all processes and systems in accordance with current and emerging EU legislation.
• Participate in GMP and EHS&S audits and take appropriate actions if any non-conformances are raised.
• Responsible for batch paperwork by ensuring all batch manufacturing records are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
• Manage and maximize team and individual performance through leadership, facilitation and employee development.

What the ideal Manufacturing Manager looks like:

• A third level qualification in science, engineering, manufacturing or equivalent is essential.
• A post graduate degree or diploma in business administration / management would be advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical supervisory/production experience.
• Management experience in supply or manufacturing is preferable.
