    Spa Manager Opportunity at a Luxury 5-Star Hotel in Kerry

    We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to lead our dedicated team and deliver an outstanding guest experience at our luxury 5-star hotel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee Daily Spa Operations: Ensure the highest standards of service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
    • Lead and Develop a Team: Manage and motivate a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
    • Maintain Exceptional Guest Experiences: Set high standards in ethics, service, and presentation, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
    • Drive Business Performance: Manage costs, stock control, merchandising, and sales to drive business growth and success.
    • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product innovations to stay ahead in the market.
    • Train Staff: Train staff in product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance guest service and drive sales performance.
    • Create Ambiance: Design and implement a welcoming and luxurious ambiance that exceeds guest expectations and sets us apart from competitors.

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications: CIBTAC, ITEC, or CIDESCO qualifications are essential for this role.
    • Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager is required.
    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate a team are essential.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in spa operations, cost control, and sales performance is necessary.
    • Passion for Wellness: A passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering a five-star service is crucial for this role.
