Our Doppelherz and Protefix brands occupy leadingpositions in their respective markets and are sold to end consumersin Germany and abroad via pharmacies, drugstores, hypermarkets ande-commerce. Junior IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Telephoneand on-site support for users from the various departments withhardware and software problems in first and second level support
• Independent resolution of incoming requestsvia the OTRS ticket system
• Technical supportfor our field service in case of problems with tablets and an MSDynamics CRM application
• Troubleshooting ofclient hardware problems (thin client, PC, notebook, tablet, etc.)
• Support for problems with user software(Windows, MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM, SAP, etc.)
• Taking over administrative tasks in the Active Directory

Your profile

• You have completed training as an ITspecialist / IT business administrator or comparable training
• Professional experience in the areadescribed above would be desirable, but is not a mandatoryrequirement
• Experience in the Windowsclient-server environment
• Initial experiencein the areas of Exchange, MS Office, administration, terminalservers and VMware would be advantageous
• Youare a team player, have strong communication skills, workindependently and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself withnew areas of responsibility
