    MidWest Alarms, part of the Top Security Group, is a leading supplier of electronic security systems in the Munster region.

    We are seeking a salesperson for our Limerick office with the ability to manage the existing client base, the ability to expand the business and provide leadership to the local team.

    Key Responsibilities To manage existing relationships and develop new opportunities.

    Provide leadership, and ensuring the planned development of a defined portfolio of contracts to ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.

    Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within contracts. Ensuring customer focus within all areas of operational activities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members.


    Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Proven track record in a sales role desirable. Knowledge of the security an advantage but not essential.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Excellent leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite An attractive package commensurate with the role is available for the successful candidate.
